Rumors are almost confirmed about the launch in the early 2011 of Ubuntu Tablet.
The Ubuntu Tablet will be powered by an Intel 1.6 GHz Atom – perhaps an N280 – and will include 2GB of RAM and a 32GB SSD and will run Ubuntu Netbook 10.10.

The new Ubuntu Tablet include a capacitive touchscreen display of 10.1-inch and a built-in webcam. The standard version of Ubuntu Tablet will have Wi-Fi, two USB ports, Bluetooth, an HDMI-out port, and a MicroSD card reader. Optional for the Ubuntu Tablet will be the 3G connectivity.

For the moment there aren`t many photos of Ubuntu Tablet but we are pretty sure that in the first months of the 2011 will see more pictures of Ubuntu Tablet from it`s creators.
